Ciaran Cannon TD recently visited the school to support the school and discuss the progress with the Board of Management in relation to the major extension at Gort Community School.
The design team are appointed since July with Healy Partners Architects leading the project.
Topographical, GPR and Building Surveys have been procured for the project with all survey work completed in January 2020.
The project is moving in the right direction and preliminary designs are currently being drafted by the Architects.
