Congratulations to all our Leaving Certificate students of 2022 on their great results recently.
Nine Leaving Certificate students received 600 points or more with Sarah Flanagan receiving an amazing 7 H1’s scoring a maximum of 625 points in her Leaving Certificate! 👏👏
Seven of our Leaving Certificate Applied students received Distinctions which was fantastic.

Principal Mr. Crossan was delighted with the results saying; “ We are all very proud of all our students and their achievements. Their hard work and dedication really paid off and we wish them all the best in the future. Well done also to all our teachers for all their work and dedication in preparing our students for their exams.” 

The vast majority of the Class of 2022 will go on to third level to study a variety of courses including Medicine, Biotechnology, Mathematics, Primary Teaching, Biomedical Science, Genetics, Music, PE Teaching and many more.  

Gort Community School will host their annual Open Day on Saturday 1st October.
