On Tuesday the 9th of May Minister of State, Anne Rabbitte visited Gort Community School as part of the celebrations to mark Europe Day and was accompanied by Ambassador Adriaan Palm, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Cllr Gerry Finnerty was also in attendance.
Mr Brian Crossan presented Minister Anne Rabbitte and Ambassador Adriaan Palm a copy of the school magazine ‘Fusings’. It is the 25th publication and the magazine and an excellent publication reflecting the vibrant and active school year in Gort Community School.
